3. How to Set up Google Ads with Shopee

3.1. Create a Google Ads Account
You must create a brand new and dedicated Google Ads account, and that account is specifically set up and used exclusively for the specific Shopee store.
3.2. Request for Onboarding with Shopee

To proceed, you would need to complete the Shopee registration form via this link. This step is essential to initiate the integration process with Google Ads.
Accept Shopee’s Google Linking Invitations
After submitting the form, Shopee will send 3 Google linking invitations to connect Google Ads Account. These include:
My Client Center (MCC): This invitation grants Shopee access to review your campaign, serving as a prerequisite for the subsequent Google Merchant Center (GMC) and Advertising Partners linking invites.

3.3. Set up Campaign - Google Search Ads
Choose Objective
You need to choose Sales since Google only activates the GAS for this objective.

Choose where to send traffic
Sellers then configure the traffic destination by selecting the Partner’s website option, which allows traffic to be directed to Shopee and provides performance data using conversion goals.

The Partner’s Google Ads account and Merchant Center account should be automatically filled in.
